My life's work is rooted in a deep belief in the transformative power of leadership, human connection, and the pursuit of meaning. With over 25 years of international experience, I have dedicated myself to empowering individuals and organizations to thrive through change, develop authentic leadership skills, and unlock their true potential. My approach isn’t just about strategies and results—it’s about inspiring purpose and fostering a culture of courage and perseverance.

Outside of my professional journey, I find joy and renewal in adventure—whether carving turns on a snowboard, mastering a challenging rock face, or expressing the passion and elegance of Argentine tango. These pursuits are more than hobbies; they are a reflection of my core belief that life’s greatest growth happens when we step outside of our comfort zones, embrace life’s challenges, and connect deeply with others.

Throughout my career, I have helped organizations—from corporate giants to government agencies—to navigate complexity with clarity and courage. At the Foreign Service Institute, I led the creation of the IDEA Center, a vibrant space for collaboration and trust that transformed the way people work and grow.
